Skin Collaboration is led by Shehnaz Jussab, RN and celebrity esthetician, alongside Crystina Abayan, celebrity esthetician and phlebotomist. Together, we blend medical knowledge, advanced skin treatments, and a more holistic, calming approach. Every treatment is done with intention. Nothing rushed, nothing generic. We take the time to really look at your skin, listen to what it’s doing, and adjust as it changes. Our goal isn’t quick fixes or trends, it’s helping your skin stay healthy, balanced, and glowing long-term. Here, treatments don’t just work on the skin, they help calm the nervous system too. Because when the body feels safe and relaxed, the skin responds. At the end of the day, we want you to feel confident walking in your own skin. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service fee, which must be paid prior to rescheduling. To secure a new appointment, a $40 deposit is required. Crystina has been an esthetician since 2007, and skincare has truly been her life’s work. Over the years, she has been fortunate to build a career rooted in trust, discretion, and long-term results, the kind that speaks for itself. Her work has been featured on national television, also she’s had the privilege of caring for well-known clients including Amanda Bynes, Noomi Rapace, and the late Whitney Houston, along with many other high-profile and private clients. She has spent most of her career in Beverly Hills, where excellence isn’t optional and reputation is everything. In 2000, she co-founded her own company and in 2023, honored to be nominated by the City of Beverly Hills for Best Spa. A moment that meant so much because it came from the community they serve. Also a certified phlebotomist, which gives her a deeper understanding of the body, circulation, and skin health from the inside out. Approaching skin with both technical knowledge and intuition, always paying attention to how lifestyle, stress, and balance affect what we see on the surface. Recently, made the move to Nashville, Tennessee. While working toward opening a second location, currently offering private concierge skincare services throughout the Nashville area. Also continues to fly back to Beverly Hills every six weeks to care for her long-time clients, relationships she truly values and doesn’t take lightly. Her goal has always been simple,to make people feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.
Shehnaz Jussab is a licensed esthetician with over 20 years of experience and the owner/co-founder of Skin Collaboration. An internationally trained Registered Nurse and masseuse, she has practiced in South Africa, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and France. Specializing in advanced facial treatments and personalized skincare, Shehnaz integrates a deep clinical understanding with a refined therapeutic touch. She is dedicated to blending medical-grade precision with decades of global expertise to deliver exceptional results.
